Walking is scientifically proven to be good for your health, both physically and mentally. If we add destinations and routes with landscape, history and, why not, some magic, we result in a rich activity for the body and mind.
On the Adventure Way Trails and Routes, we always try to make each walk tell us history or a story, offer fabulous landscapes and make us all a little richer, so they are perfect for the general public, from 8 to 80 (or more) !). Although some have a moderate degree of difficulty, our guides adjust the way of doing it so that everyone enjoys the course.
